JHK, a well-established accountancy practice with 60 staff across two sites, faced the same challenge as many professional services firms: highly skilled people spending significant time on repetitive, process-driven work that doesn't require their expertise.

We are building a multi-agent AI workforce designed to handle specific business functions autonomously. The initial focus areas are bookkeeping automation, mailroom processing, and client onboarding with further expansion planned into other operational areas.

The project is actively in development, with AI agents being deployed and refined across the practice. The goal is to free JHK's qualified staff to focus on the advisory and relationship work that genuinely requires their expertise.

Onnu, a pyrolysis manufacturer working in clean technology, needed both a bespoke software application to support their operations and reliable ongoing IT management without the overhead of an in-house technical team.

We developed a custom application using AI-assisted code generation, with the codebase managed and deployed for enterprise-grade reliability and scalability. In parallel, we provide ongoing outsourced IT management to staff across the globe whilst keeping them secure using SentinelOne EDR.

Onnu now has a production-grade custom application deployed and running that is ingesting data from their machines which allows for analysis and AI-driven insights, along with a managed IT infrastructure that gives them the technical coverage they need to operate and grow with confidence.
